Like, are you joking? Just give him some less movespeed, or hey 20 less damage when he phase dives! Not like we asked for his ult to be reworked or anything, the fact that he towerdives better than Tryndamere, or heck, that he has a 130% AP ratio ult that can change a teamfight, or heck, a 1v3 from about to win, to lost. But yeah fuck his ult right? We just hate that darned movement speed!

srsly rito stop trying to get some damned sales and make him balanced

Dat 5 movement speed nerf will separate the good Ekkos from the great Ekkos.

I am not sure, though, how this is a "sorry excuse to keep people buying him". Like, they wouldn't have to do anything to keep people from buying him.

Yes, but there would still be people complaining about him(with good purpose). So, they 'nerfed' him to shut at least some of them up.

No one, and I mean literally no one, that wants Ekko nerfed is going to shut up about him with this nerf. If they do, they were just following QQ on the boards.

I assume they figured as much. But the simple talk of Ekko getting nerfed can reduce some rage for awhile and yet still keep people buying him.
