@ Meddler I am all for Talon buffs but those buffs on pbe are kind of pointless.

You could actually not add those particular buffs at all and it would have almost the same effect to his power right now.

.02 more mana regen .06 more mana regen growth heal from q increased by 3 at level 1 and at max level he will heal a whopping 20 more hp

7.2 Better have some pretty monster lethality buffs because giving the guy 3 AD would be a huge buff in comparison to all this.

Buffs are buffs sure and for how bad these buffs are I don't see anything for zed or akali on PBE and that worries me even more.

As expected you are nerfing the ones that made it out alive and I guess khazix is fine where he is I rarely see him since we have fighters who do the assassin job while being durable but all this makes me wonder if the guy in charge of this class rework is a mage main.
