Lee sin rework ideas

Just thought of some tweaks to lee sin that would allow him to keep his general play style and power while reducing some of his mobility and making him blind.

Passive: Blind Discipline Lee Sin's vision is reduced to 250 range. Lee sin gains 250 true vision range every second he is standing still up to 1000 range, this true vision range decays over 2 seconds after moving. Upon reaching the 1000 range he receives a buff that increases his attack damage by 20/30/40 and attack speed 50%/75%/100% for 5 seconds after using an ability or basic attack. Basic attacks with this buff restore 20 energy.

Q: Sonic Wave Basically unchanged but the second part of the ability is removed (he can no longer reactivate the ability to dash to a target). Damage is changed to 70 / 100 / 130 / 160 / 190 (+ 90% bonus AD)

W: Resonating Strike Units marked with true sight debuff can be dashed to up to 1500 units away dealing 30 / 60 / 90 / 120 / 150 (+ 90% bonus AD) (+ 8% target's missing health). Champions or allied minions up to 600 units away can also be dashed to.

E: Tempest Lee sin smashes the ground dealing 90 / 120 / 150 / 180 / 210 (+ 100% AP) magic damage to all units within 350 range and gives them the true sight debuff while granting true sight in a 1000 unit radius for 4 seconds.

R: Dragons Rage Basically unchanged. Now resets his W. Damage is now 150 / 300 / 450 (+ 200% bonus AD)
