AD assassins vs AP assassins

So I've seen enough AD and AP assassins and I always notice that AD assassins like these always require their ult most of their time to assassinate a single Target

Beside who might be the only AD assassin who less rely on his ult to kill his target

When I look at these AP assassins, they don't even require their ult to kill their target, their ult only make them more stronger as an Assassin Since LB Ult is just a clone/decoy now, she doesn't really need it to kill her target

Katarina, is the only Champ I see doing damage to multiple target than just "Single Target" which mostly single target is what an Assassin should do but not Katarina

And the only Champ that mostly require his ult to kill his target like AD assassin is

Supposedly can be consider AP assassin too/Or does the same job just as good

Akali doesn't need her ult?

^^ This. She has 0 kill potential before lv 6 unless you afk in lane.

I mean it makes complete sense when you take into account that AD assassins deal heavy damage through AAs that AP assassins don't.

Well, what I'm trying to say is AD assassin have to wait and rely on their ult to even fight and not just assassinating while AP assassin can just go in whenever they want

And Talon is pretty weak too and still is weak, And he honestly more predictable now than he was before.

Talon is less predictable if the player is good imo. He's so much better now once mastered, though fair enough bad players will be utterly useless on him.

Also considering AD assassins should be slightly more about autoattacks and less about abilities, it does seem weird they are the most ultimate dependant but it's probably to give them proper downtime.

Besides, Fizz is still very ultimate dependant and Akali is too, her ultimate is just no longer a proper source of damage but rather carries all her mobility.
