idea buff for teemo.

a lot of people. consider teemo biggest weakness. is his range. now. I don't think he should have a range of an adc. which is normally. 550. I just think he needs. 525 instead of the 500 he has right now. i know they buffed him in the betta. and its really a "buff" more situational than an an actuall straight up buff. more like. a tweak. hes really squishy and he can just dies to easily because unlike gnar or fizz he has no way of escaping if someone gets close to him.i feel like his move quick needs a buff to. maybe. a huge boost of speed that like ghost fades away slowly. 20% initial. and some slow resist.

I feel like they should buff his ap ratios or at least increase the damage on his abilities a tad bit.

I think he's in a good spot. He's a great early game harasser that can deny last hits from said harassment. Any buffs would make him even less fun to play against than he already is IMO

The over all problem is that Teemo is a Guerrilla tactics champ. The changes so far do help his ability to perform such tactics. (but not allowing him to turn Summoner rift into the Mushroom Kingdom) But he's not designed to work in a fair fight. And that's what makes him hard to balance. If he can't work in a fair fight, he won't have a laning phase. Unless you can make the fight unfair during that time, and yet his Blinding dart is the only way of really doing that.

This simply comes with the territory of Being a Guerrilla tactics champ. He doesn't win in a fair fight, so he makes the fight unfair. Which will always make him frustrating to play against, whether it's actually balanced or not.
