could we get some love for katarina?

some tweaks to stabilize her, some number changer ... a rework?

either she sucks and doesnt need counterplay, or she rolls you around and no amount of counterplay can stop her

and her weird nature of having a high skillcap kit due to rapid casting and split second decision making yet being 100% effective in the hands of a toddler

i dont mind her nature of a reset burst mage or something ... but the way she interacts with the game actualy leaves a lot to demand

champions like that (aka kata and akali) shouldnt be so binary
