on the contrary, you are only defining him as an "anti APC" "press R get results" when what i suggest gives him pick potential 1v1 dueling again, and gives him a laning phase with a trading tool protection spell, or an escape spell, or a spell that helps him land W. glad you know veigar so well.
added effects inside the ring would still be worth it to give up his current ult. it wouldnt just be old cage = new ult.
i want you to tell me right now, do you think riots veigar changes were good and made him a better champion and you're happy with them? yes or no.

Maybe we can say this is just a start, but this is a fix that would please no one. Riots changes made him worse, but in time it can be fixed. i didnt say he needs all of these, i threw around some suggestions which could replace it and make him better than his current state, ty for downvoting because you misread. /logic. go ahead, you suggest something and ill brazenly say no.
as he is now, he can only powerfarm, he can not 1v1, he can only follow up. so many other champions perform flat out better than him in every way and i would much rather have someone else other than a veigar on my team.

coming from a level 24 who plays normals with other low levels. you need to play ranked to understand his problems. people at your level still walk into the stun and cant see the glaring issues with him. not calling you bad, im calling the people you play with bad and careless. so you have a misguided understanding of veigar.
Trídent2 votesThey actually rarely ever walk into it in duels, about a 10% chance. In teamfights with the other CC and confusion, it's easier to land it but still a little hard. People at my level aren't stupid, I've seen some actually rush QSS against me I never said I was happy with the changes, he's just "ok" If Veigar were to be buffed again, I would feel the best buff would be to lower the total delay from .75 to .5 or .4 And also, I'm level 26 ;p
