Braum - First impressions

So i just picked up Braum, and this is my feedback. Granted I've only played one game with him, but still.

First off, he doesnt seem very tanky, for a guy who is fully tank support (or so it seems like he should be), he doesnt ever feel like he is really that tanky. In lane phase I kept the adc pretty safe, and we got a decent CS lead, but enemy just played safe at tower, we ended up pushed all the time, and got ganked alot. I understand this is smart gameplay on the enemies side, but it was underwhelming as a playstyle. When we did get ganked i felt like I was severely limited.

I felt like his CC and slight damage mitigation was outclassed by the fact that he could really contribute no damage to a fight. He can HELP stun if you proc 4 of your things, but it feels like most other supports can offer more then that to a fight. Even if ult is up I still feel like he would be out performed by most anyone else.

PASSIVE - 4 procs just feels like to many. The stun is very short lived, and it seems like most other supports could make up for that little stun I contribute with more effectie skills.

Q - The damage is insignificant. The slow doesnt feel that great, and the proccing a spot of his passive is decent, but this skill is superbly underwhelming.

W - I dunno, doesnt feel like it helps out enough at any point to keep up with the damage increase naturally occuring in game.

E - As awesome as this skill sounds, it doesnt feel like it pans out. In lane it is most effective, and his best skill. But once teamfights start, its little more then a distraction everyone can go around/ignore.

R - Decent skill. Should knock up eeryone it hits, Sona gets an ult that affects everyone it hits, why cant braum?

I just feel like outside of lane he has no real good effect. He doesnt feel near tanky enough. Because of the fact that he contributes pretty much no damage and is kind of crappy for a full tank tank/support, he isnt FUN to play.

4 procs on your passive is NOTHING, especially past midgame when your adc's attack speed is through the roof. His E took a lot of getting used to for me (I still position it the wrong way sometimes...) but it's VERY useful later game. You can easily ignore it, like a Yasuo wall, but...that doesn't always happen. I go out in front of my team and E while the enemy and our team is in that stalemate standoff period before a teamfight, and block a fair portion of their poke. That's how I use it later game, it's not just useful in lane. I think he's fun, but eh, we all have our preferences. Try someone else I guess. Also, your goal isn't to do damage. You're peeling for allies and blocking abilities and stunning enemies. That's your job, not to get the pentas.

Q damage is sizeable early on if you max it first (Which you should).

W is a one point wonder. Lets you reposition to an teammate/ally minion (Also the resist boost).

E is like a mini windwall for the first thing that hits it, and then reduces the damage of everything else by a lot!.

R does knock up everyone it hits. It depends on how close they are to you (did you real the ability).

Honestly play more games with him. 1 game isn't enough to really get a feel for any champion. Also you need to ward better if you keep getting ganked like you describe.
