Could we get something like Sprays from Overwatch?

In Overwatch, you have the ability to spray-paint various images on walls, surfaces, etc. It's just for fun, and doesn't really affect gameplay, as its purpose is meant to be purely social.

I honestly think it'd be pretty neat to have something like that in League at some point, but it's not a high priority.
