Incoming hotfix for Zoe's Q
Would a direct damage nerf be the best choice to fix this ongoing and persistent problem, or would some combination of increasing the cooldown/mana cost be the right answer?

Rester1 votesIt's not even one of the problems. Her Q is fairly balanced. Her Q>Q>R Combo used to be the problem but that was nerfed so she can't do that anymore, now she needs to commit to Q>R>Q or land a good bubble and follow with a Q>Q. I still think her bubble needs tuning if anything along with her Spell Thief ability.
