Is urgot going to get a buff?

For the past few patches, his winrate has been increasing as his play rate decreases. This is to be expected as people learn to play a champ they learn if they like the champ or not and the ones who do get better at them.

However, current statistics from op.gg show that, though urgot's playrate continues to fall, his winrate is dropping as well. This is a startling statistic considering he was released only 4 patches ago.

Though I don't think there are any major problems with urgot, but if these statistics continue urgot should be in line for a buff.
