Syndra

Posted many times but gotta continue until she's fixed. Syndra is just too weak and unreliable to carry with. She is normally left somewhat weaker than the other champions because of pro play, but right now even pros aren't really picking her and even if they do they lose with her, so i think it might be time finally to give her some help. Everything she does - other champions do better than her. A child with playboard could write down some buffs for her that would not break the game instead of leaving her to be the single worst mage for 2 entire years.
