Junglers that will suffer after nerf

-Any tank jungler with already slow clear speeds (like my Malphite... RIP my Rockman...)

The jungle is already a RACE to hit level 2 meaning those champions that clear fast and gank hard will be even more ridiculous. I have an example from two games this morning alone, one as Malphite who I've played for a number of years, and Amumu who I never play but picked for the cc to counter an enemy comp.

In both games, worse so in the Amumu game, I was hard invaded and the enemy jungler had about 60% more windows to gank knowing I couldn't afford to not clear and lose exp, but also couldnt get ganking power unless I farmed, a very bad trap to be in. The same thing happened to a lesser extent in the Malphite game, but I know that champion on a micro level, and on a macro level, I ulted the correct people at the correct time.

Now I'm willing to let the meta unfold a bit after the nerf, but this could spell doom for the tanky junglers I really enjoy playing.

If they cannot clear as fast, and have less experience to gain, will they just be expected to leech a lane? To gank without their tools that they get later? Is there some way these tanky junglers can counter hard gankers/invaders aside from warding and losing out on experience and gold while they run to the other half of the map or recall and get more behind while their lanes are exposed to ganks further? Is the solution to just play fast combination fast clear/hard lvl 2 gank champions?

Input, feedback, ideas, comments appreciated. I can only see how this will narrow the jungler pool very badly going forward if there's a smaller pool of exp to go around.

TLDR; Reduced jungle exp will widen the gap between slow clear junglers and fast clear junglers. Fast clear types will be able to quickly soak up what little experience there is and gank sooner without fear of retaliation from other junglers that are slow to clear and can't get to lanes in time cause they will be gimping themselves too hard in farm.

idk. There's an argument to made for the return of duo top and smite supports. i understand in the damage meta that funneling strats coming back is a fear, but there could be room for have two smites; one on bot support, and another on top support, especially with the smite nerfs that I saw being talked about a little while back.
