Annie QoL change

I think Annie needs a QoL change.

When Annie recalls after 20 minutes she gets homeguard.

When she has summoned Tibbers (before the recall) he doesn't get homeguard. It's pretty annoying because he gets behind and disappears. This can lead to some situations in which she's fighting but Tibbers still needs to come.

I think Tibbers should get Homeguards when Recalling with Annie.
