What is up with promos?

I swear to god with all honesty i get teamed up with feeders in almost every promo series i play. And i am not exaggerating. I am telling the truth. Most of the ranked games are easy as hell to play if i am not in my promotion series . It's always really easy to get there. But once i start the promo series i get people that play like they were high or something every game. Well not every game but most of the games i do.

Why is this? Don't tell me that this is not intentional. I almost never see a true retard in any ranked game otherwise. Sometimes i get streaks of ragers or feeders but otherwise ranked is pretty good for me. But the fucking promo series are hell to play. There is no way that i have this much of bad luck. Every promo series i do is a question of carrying feeders or letting them lose the game.

There is just no way that it happens by chance.
