Since Qss can only remove cc now, can cleanse remove all debuffs?

You know, give all champions a way to counter a hard cc and a fatal or otherwise painful ability (Zed Ult, ,etc.). But increases the cooldown a bit. It's already on a 210 seconds cooldown (which is 3.5 minutes btw), maybe increase the cdr to 270 seconds so it doesn't counter and or match it to 's cooldown. Just an idea :/
