can you finally update Pulsefire Ezreal, you know to those who paid top dollar for an Ultimate skin? I'll be completely honest, seeing an arcade skin that is, personally, much better than an Ultimate Skin kills me and actually stops me from buying future skins because of how ripped off I feel.
I bought my Xbox 360 for $350 about 7 years ago. It was a great console at the time and I got a lot of fun and amusement out of it over the years. They announced the Xbox One a few years back that made many upgrades on the old console. I called up Microsoft and told them that since the Xbox One has all these improvements it's their obligation to upgrade the Xbox 360 so that it's just as good as the new console because I paid almost as much for it years before. They laughed at me and told me that that's not how businesses work.
Now replace the 360 with Pulsefire and the One with Arcade and hopefully you'll see why it's not going to happen.
Ezreal already has a ton of skins in comparison to others, why in gods name should they throw a VU just because they're coming up with different themed skins?
Also side note - they don't generally just update a random skin out of nowhere. If they ever do a VU on Ezreal himself, you can expect a VU for the rest of his skins.
Finally, they don't care if you feel ripped off you special little snowflake because the majority of people will still spend money on their product. Besides, Pulsefire Ezreal is still pretty badass IMO.
At the time it came out Pulsefire was extremely good, you can't just complain that a product you bought some years ago (unless you bought it recently which is no one's fault but your own given how much skins have improved since then) isn't the same quality as the stuff you can buy now for less. Would you complain to a car dealership that the car you bought 5 years ago had less stuff included than a car they're selling now for less money and demand they improve the car you bought before? No, because that's stupid.
They should just give everyone a refund and make that a 1350RP skin. Ultimate my ass. I'm pretty sure there are 1850 skins that are better than the ultimate skins (theres only 2, ezreal and udyr right?)
HISTORY LESSON:
Basically everyone here is on board the Pulsefire is a sucky over priced skin train. But this shows they don't know it's history. Pulsefire was the first ultimate skin, it was the first skin to have cool fancy things like lots of different colors and sounds and all that wonderful jazz that now days is built into almost every new skin.
You think pusefire is shit now but when it came out it was THE SHIT. By far the best skin in the game, and well earned it's price. Times have changed, and I would agree the cost might need to go down, but there is more to this story than just what it is today.
as a proud owner of Pulsefire Ezreal since release, I can add in my two cents by saying this new skin doesn't come in comparison. It is a little under the quality of Spirit Guard, but at least it isn't DJ sona which is basically a rip off. Ultimates transform as you level (something Arcade Ez doesnt do btw) and Sona's doesn't. She has glorified pallete swaps that play pretty cool music that could just as easily played on Windows Media Player or Itunes.
Pulsefire also has a voice over and captivates me much more then any skin in this game has. I used to main him in S2 and 3, but have since stopped because I've found enjoyment in other playstyles (mostly Ryze) but rest assured, they've yet to top this skin for ezreal with others, let alone a glorified cloud costume.

There aint gonna be much particle effect in the arcade skin. The higher the price on RP on skins means there is more effort put into it. so if it ends up like 1350RP then there is somewhat of effort put into it but not much to change the particle effect like pulse fire ezreal.
All I want is for them to fix pfe auto animation. It's awkward

The skin is freaking 4 years old... if you bought it back then, there is no reason to feel ripped off because they improved their quality over the time.
As far as I know riot, they won't just "randomly" upgrade PFE. Either Ezreal would get a visual update, which is unlikely in the near future, and they'd bring it up to par, or they'll drop PFE's price like they did with outdated legendaries and give partial refunds (iirc). Though these refunds would be larger and I don't know how willing they are on that.
As someone who also owns pulsefire ez.... we knew what we were getting into when we bought it. It happens.
Personally, id prefer seeing firefighter trist or magnificent TF get an update over pulsefire ez.
I think it's because of how old it is. When it was first released, it was worth the price value that it had; however as time went by they gradually got better and better at making the skins, leading to cheaper, more detailed skins that have much more work put into them in the same time.
Pulsefire is just outdated, yes, but updating pulsefire will still be one hell of a project, especially with these standards (you're saying an arcade skin is better looking, is this subjective, or is it actually better looking?)
I think it would not fall under their top priorities list, but keep mentioning it and hopefully it gets worked on soon.
Its sad that this gets upvotes, you can tell its all new players.
I mean that must suck I feel bad for those people who bought pf ez..but im just mad they keep making arcade heroes but still only have 1 villain
