It's an exaggeration, but it does encapsulate how awful it can feel to be dealt a terrible team comp versus one that actually works. While 5 minutes might be a little too much, I'd be fine with a ten minute FF counter for ARAM and ARURF, especially the latter. (Unless it is already ten and I've just forgotten, in which case then it's fine)
