Riot shouldove left it as the Armor MR since its like here you go adcs more ad and survivability while saying fuck you to anyone who isnt ad

Mostly because Riot didn't want a team of 5 GA.

mostly due to everyone running it when it was a hybrid defense item even supports had it and i don't think people want to deal with TahmKench in it or anybody building item 3193 along with it

Because mages never bought the old non ad GA, so they reworked it for the champs that were actually using it.

Apparently, they didn't like tanks, mages or supports purchasing the item.

So Mages can't stack it with item 3157 and take a minimum of 7 seconds to kill, most of which the Mage isn't even doing anything.
