Turrets are shit
They can spare money to pay the minions more but cant spare enough gold to make sure the turrets arent made of paper masche
Summoners definitely have no idea if they think paying the minions more will make them win

The minions are way to strong. If you take inhib then rotate to any other lane those super minions will destroy the turrets no the length of the game.They are too strong, or they actually need to buff the turrets, whoever gets first inhib basically wins the minions do all the work.
They should fortify the turrets, because they are just going down way too fast.
Either way nerf Baron and Herald, because pretty much it's done if they get Baron.
