IDK but I find item 3115 to be awesome on Taric for my own taste even tho it may not be the best build

Are these what you do even if you're botlane? What items do you think are most vital for him?

I think his most vital item hands down is Frozen Heart. The Armor boost plus the AS reduction for enemies is a huge help for him. His next big items are probably Randuin's Omen and Iceborn Gauntlets because of the slow.
