Just for fun my guess on the main/ major reworks: because he doesn't really match thematically Feels kinda un impactful unless fed League feels like its just evolving past this guy (ik hes not immobile but i'd be surprised if he wasnt packaged with the rest of them) Probably gets something. Kind of a bland kit Feels antifun sometimes. Ult punishes you for getting ahead if you're AP Kinda the same as fiddlesticks, but Galio is still usable in more situations

everybody is probably getting a bit of something, but these guys i feel like will be the focus

Other than the champs you listed Malz brand anivia karthus all need some work here and there.

Vlad could do with some work here and there but hes actually ok.

Teemo and hiemer could also use some work to get them into the meta.

Fiddlesticks - Definitely needs some work, his kit is good for jungle sustain and early objectives but has nearly 0 lane impact and has to hope for a lucky ult late game usually

Galio - Needs something, has had almost zero presence since even I started playing back in 2011

Swain - Oddball, kind of how you feel about Vlad, doesn't do much unless fed. But then if he's fed he's impossible to kill most of the time.

Syndra - I miss her. :(

Ziggs - I think his pushing power needs to be buffed again, with towers and objective control being so big right now, you'd think Ziggs zone power would be big, but it is very weak right now.

Velkoz Syndra belong on this list too IMO. They have some cool stuff they can do, but they are just so easy to kill, it's hard to justify picking them.
