Tips for convincing low elo junglers to actually take Baron and Dragon?

After yet another ranked loss, I'm left wondering how I can better communicate the importance of taking barons and dragons. I've had several junglers in the past few games who would rather chase 4/10 Katarinas across the entire map or take birds instead of helping the rest of the team secure important objectives like Baron and drakes. I really don't think I'm the only one in Bronze that knows that having Baron buff is better than not having Baron buff, and much better than the enemy team having the buff. But again and again I watch my junglers ignore the epic monsters in the hopes of killing speedy, hard-to-catch assassins like Talon.

Has anyone found an effective way of conveying to a jungler how much more valuable Infernal drake is than the gold from killing a 4/10 Kat? Is my only hope to main jungle myself?
