Game crashed in load-in, Support ticket site not working at all.

So my game just crashed on load-in. I was getting into a ranked match, and in the load in screen no one's percentages budged from 0% and my ping was being reported as 0ms. Because this was the client developer's failure and not mine, I demand to be reimbursed for any lost LP and have the loss taken off my record. Of course I know that Riot will refuse because Riot literally only sees players as pending skin purchases. This is evidenced by the fact that you can't even submit a support ticket in the event you get fucked over by lazy programming. The support page is broken too!

Which brings me to my next point: I'm through giving Riot any more money and I will actively discourage every other person who plays this game to do the same. I recently brought 4 new/returning players to this game and its been fun playing together, but when the client is so consistently unreliable, and now even the support ticket submission page is broken- fuck it, I don't give money to bums on the street because I don't get anything of value in return, and at this point that's how I'm viewing LoL.

If you're the Riot employee reading this I seriously hope you've done some financial planning because this game is going down the shitter and in 2 years, League of Legends will only exist in Riot's bankruptcy filings.
