Yorick. She can dash over his only escape option and outdamages you at all levels, so if she catches you it's just a death clock.

Killed her a few times early, then got outscaled midgame, died, TP'd back and died again almost instantly, Fiora didn't even back.

Yeah I'm bad at Vlad but still. I didn't horribly misplay, either.

On the topic of balance, she's pretty fair, but gets a little too strong midgame from just farm.
