Follow my steps

take aftershock + + manaflowband + demolish
Pick
build the usual tear catalyst
play like a complete bitch and toss some Qs in if engages or tries to use chain, you'll be tanky if you land Q
lvl 6, push like there is no tomorrow with ult, completely ignore her
Ward the pathway to bot lane because assassin players have ADHD
if the leblanc comes bot, spam those pings boi. People usually ignore like two mia pings so you gotta be a bit annoying
push the entire wave again, ignore, repeat.
At this point if you played carefully enough, she probably abandoned lane to skirmish with her jungler. This is when you get those sweet demolish procs on the tower

There are just some things you cant control when you are immobile vs a mobile laner. Her getting kills when shes pushed in 24/7 really depends on the stupidity of your team. It's best to trust the team than play in a way that is fun but doesn't do the job of starving champions out of relevancy

Eventually the report team will be so swamped with reports about it that the Riot execs, who are tired of paying the report team tons of overtime to keep up with reports, will order the balance team to nerf her into the ground so it stops.

She use to. Its why they reworked her in the first place. But the Grunts that are in charge of the castle now dont want to read the library and think they know better then those that came before them. They dont.

Technically, yes. She has stuff that it's possible to dodge, and you can outplay her.

Realistically, though...not really. Chain is way too long to escape, she has way too much mobility on too low of a cooldown (more dash range than Ahri on a far shorter cooldown, but Ahri's the one that's too safe?), and she has way too much damage that's too reliable.

Naturally, it'll be hard to dominate an early game oriented champion during the early game. You can pick Kassadin or Lissandra into her to try.

Push like a madman. Leblanc has awful wave clear (W can’t even clear caster minions without Ludens) so push into her tower as much as possible. Play champions with good sustain, or just buy a corrupting pot so that you can always push the lane into her tower.

But what if she gets a double kill off of my botlane?

If you have been pushing hard, she should be at a gold deficit, meaning that you can easily follow her and change that double kill for their team into a triple kill for you.

But she has so many dashes!!!!

So don’t gank her. You should always be pushed in far with her lane, so ganking isn’t an option. Have your bushes warded and be prepared to be ganked tho.

Also the time warp tonic changes are going to hit Leblanc very hard, so she should become less of a threat as time goes on.
