Rengar's ultimate is far too long and has low CD for how long he can walk around. At no point should a champion walk freely for 21 seconds at lvl 11 and then have a 40 sec CD until next time he can do that.

For the record, it only can get to a 40 second cooldown at max rank. Max rank (Lvl 16), with 40% CDR, it has a 42 second cooldown, so won't be that way at lvl 11.
Fuh Queue2 votesRengar ults, group your teammates together and focus your CC as soon as he jumps. Repeat whenever he ults. When Rengo gets fed you need to understand that you are now in a horror movie, going alone means that you're dead. Stay together and protect your squishy targets. It's not hard.
