what you deserve1 votesi can't have fun right now because riot's servers are acting up and i'm randomly getting spikes at 500-2000 ping.
also i just need to get to gold to get the skin at the end of the season. I'd be able to do it if it weren't for these two issues, i know because every time i play a game where my teammates aren't feeding off their asses or afk and i'm not lagging, i win

Considering it is 3 in the morning in NA East, and everyone is asleep, there is no point in prioritizing the servers at this time at night when no one is awake. You could take advantage of this and go to sleep.

The tokens would be used as a forgiveness policy when you have an Afk or bad internet in a ranked game where maybe you can play with 900 ping or you have to restart your computer for 5 mins only to rejoin the game with the enemy team 1 hit away from the nexus.
Player AFK lose game - use one of your three tokens and the lost will not count towards you. Bad internet thunderstorm gets kicked off the internet as its down - Use token.
But that will never happen so just saying what I would and not what Riot would.
