Make The Hotkey to Target Champions Only Toggle Instead of Hold Down

It honestly makes no sense that I have to hold down a key when I'm skirmishing in a minion wave so I don't hit a minion. Imagine if you had to hold down Swain R while you are fighting. Its just a pain in the ass.

it keeps its more skilled, alot of people do not use it so it makes it a little more fair to those guys
