Magus Enchantment is still Trash

Cinderhulk is borderline OP Warrior and Devourer are fine for who use it

Magus, is garbage... It's basically a really weak version of Morellonomicon for basically same price (2300g vs 2250g)

Suggestion - Note these suggestion will remove Fiendish Codex from its build path, but will not remove the 20% CDR Builds out of Hextech, Add 15% Spell Vamp Builds out of Aether Wisp, Add 5% Movement Builds out of Seeker's Armguard, Add 60 Armor
