Dodge timer

Can we just get a 5 minute dodge timer across the board? The amount of trolls in this game has been increasing every season and after playing for almost 5 years I have yet to see any improvement from tribunal.

I'm sick of having to dodge a game and wait 15-30 mins because two 12 year old's cant work out how to share roles within a team and lock double jg/top/mid/adc (no one ever locks double support unfortunately)
