the fact is that rengar is a failure design wise, since he is half an assasin and half fighter the problem is that those 2 playstyles are too diverse to merge them together assasin jumps in when there is opportunity, and kills someone rahter fast just to get out fighter goes in and fights you like a man

rengar is a guy who launches himself into the enemy team, and after killing your adc he starts fighting like a normal fighter

so depending on ballance there is a couple of outcomes, either rengar cant assasinate so he gets useless(only half of his kit is usable), or rengar has no hope of getting away after assasinating (not enough fighter power to stand on his own after launching), or rengar cant fight at all due to lack of both burst and sustained damage

his kit is realy fun, but its not focused enough on one playstyle causing rengar to be unballanceable

Dude, But you know that if you're away from bushes or with the team with any form of CC rengar can't take someone because he has only situational gapcloses?? and if he is fed then Zhonya and the fear passes. The Zhonya is a counter of rengar rather than zed, since the latter does not have to go all in for the kill, rengar has. So as soon as he jumps, zhonya (of course you are in a group) and rengar died. If you are ad carry just build a tank item to survive to his burst and then kite until his dead. With quinn is so easy. If you are Caitlyn just put your trap under your feet. same with Jinx
