She is literally the only champion in game you can't approach because you will be stunned and one shot. Her giant power spike level 6 is so broken. Like no matter who you are playing, if she hits you with the stuns, you are dead. Tibbers on launch does a shit ton of damage and then just fighting him he does a shit ton of damage. Can we finally nerf her.

now take a longer time to kill people. Annie's kit remains the same time.
I think Annie can kill people faster than any champion in the game at the moment. 
is probably a close second but he requires a stun first. Annie does all her damage upon landing the stun with her next spell.

If you are full hp and she can just stun and annihilate you, that isn't running around low with karthus, nor is it low hp with garen. That my friend is in need of nerfing. Not being able to approach a champion is completely unreasonable.

Swiftstrike41 votesAnnie's win rate is climbing or has been for awhile. The thing with annie is if you survive the burst then you have won the fight against Annie. She has to use her entire kit to kill a target, if that fails she is pretty useless.
I do think she is hard to play against if you are behind her in laning phase. I don't think she is unbearable as a champion, she is just very difficult to play against when you are behind. If she is behind she is pretty useless.

then you might have a hard time because his range is almost none existent. If you want to beat her in the laning phase then go champs that have good range or survivability, some of those champs would be 
. The list goes on but range is strong against her. Rather than complain "I don't know how to beat this champion, nerf them!" just learn to fight against them. Its like complaining that fizz is op because his E can dodge your attacks, its their kit they are supposed to do that. Get abyssal scepter if you have a hard time against her in lane. For when team fights happen don't group up when shes running up to you, that is just begging to be womboed.
