ModWulf Helhammer1 votesThe don't delete accounts when they are permabanned. This is a protection for things like when they do temp "permabans" when an account may be compromised or for bank chargebacks.
HalcyonDweller2 votesAlso it prevents a player from re-creating their account with the same summoner name. It's a way of blocking that username from being used again.
