I wanted to know the community's opinion on having Brand's passive grant true vision on enemy's that are affected by "Blaze". It strikes me as odd that you can loose sight of someone who is set on fire simply because they stepped into the shadows (fog of war), ran into a bush or became invisible.

Does it make sense to see them? Yes.

Is it too strong to use anyway? Yes.

If we want things to make sense, then TF should run out of cards and Maokai should take extra damage from fire abilities and Ignite. I think things are fine not making too much sense.
