I have been playing sion top and jungle since his rework with a little support. Now with playing him as support would getting 
be worth getting? yes im aware that his E and Q are slows but i can see getting this and making his bubble slow everyone in group fights. it has the added benefit of having HP which is crack to sion
Ralanr1 votesI mean...you can try it. Personally I just go full tank and full resistances so I can spread chaos into the enemy team as I charge in and wreck havoc.

Unlike Yes / No metrics, win rates are not accurate and do not reflect the viability of a character. Generally speaking a low play rate character will tend to have win rate greatly inflated (Ex: Urgot got up to 55% win rate at several points).
A high play rate character will tend to have a low win rate (Ex: Lee Sin/Yasuo and even Zed at one point, have all been under 45% win rate).
Reality does not bend to your emotion, try to play Sion in Plat or even Diamond bracket, when you hard-feed/fail your team, you will get reported... justifiably so.... if you pick support role, play support, do not troll your teammates.
