ADCs have low base MS and get a lot of it out if the items that give them MS. He also only has 1 shield. As for his ult, it’s an execution ult, that’s how they work.

Urgot can't use the new keystone, his range is 350 only and add on that his win rate dropped to 48% sure they need to look at him to make him improve after dropping like that cause some keystone that he can't use. You are right.
