Rare Gems ratio and how long to get Hextech Annie?

Let's assume a Rare Gem drops every 10 boxes. (I watched a person open 11 boxes and not even get 1 gem) We're allowed 4 earned chests every year. Assuming we can get 4 chests easily every season. It would take us at least 2 years to get 1 rare gem. Hextech Annie requires 10 gems. It would take 20 years to get Hextech Annie WITHOUT buying any boxes.

Now, buying all boxes with RP... It would take 10 sets of 10 boxes to get Hextech Annie. AKA 19,500RP

Riot, I think you should re-evaluate how difficult it is to get Hextech Annie.

it would still probably take 3 years to get the skin.

Regardless it's about $300 to $500 for hextech Annie. The most expensive skin in lol history

I had 3 non permanent skins and re-rolled to get a permanent. Hextech Annie came up. First re-roll I've ever done. Just got to be lucky I guess.
