Dont nerf hourglass, it's in a good spot. If stopwatch is too op, simply remove it from hourglass build path, shift the gold cost into hourglass itself, and have hourglass replace any stopwatch the player currently has upon purchase. Problem solved, no harm done.

It’s only in a good spot because it’s one of 2 defensive options that actually works anymore.
So yeah. When you compare it to the other defensive items, of course it looks god tier when they are all garbage.
