To the high elo players out there, what is one piece of advice you can give to help people improve

I'm gonna ask this to anyone plat and up, as i think these guys have a pretty good grasp of the game and what not, and instead of giving a giant list of ways to improve play, let's go the simple route, just say one method/tip/piece of advice/etc. that will help someone out either in game knowledge, mechanics, etc.

I would start but i'm currently cheerfully climbing up from b5, currently b3 wooo~~~ Edit: Thought of one that will remain legit from a bronzie: Have fun!

You don't always have to be the one to carry the game.

The ability to identify which allies you can rely on and who is in a position to carry is very important.

Rather than taking risky decisions to try and get yourself fed enough to carry the game, the best decision may be to support the player who is already fed and enable them to carry the game.

Take the game timer and subtract one digit. That should be your cs. (18:00 minutes > 180 cs)

Never say anything that could lower your team morale.

No one needs to hear "gg" or be reminded of their mistakes constantly.

focus on yourself not your team

you're the only constant variable in your games, not your team mates
