Idk how many nerfs it's going to take for them to realize that a permaheal is aids and needs to be removed from the game
Executioner calling doesnt work against Soraka. It's 40%. Soraka still has 60%+ from the healing buffs she gets from items ( ardent censer )
Also your adc is going to be hitting the tank. A tank getting even a darius heal is pretty busted so i cant imagine 60% heals
Soraka is just fuckin stupid.
sona is still more troublesome than soraka especially late game and she can be punished in lane pretty easily if you focus her she can't heal herself and in almost every situation focusing the support is better than focusing the ADC
just like someone told me soraka counters her team's own stupidity and mistakes. funny part is that. they wanted to stop her from being a heal bot and make her more interactive. they gave her way more tools and shes still a heal bot with more tools than before. her stupid movement speed she gets is extremely obnoxious. and the dot heal is way better than the little heal she used to get from landing a Q.
She is allowed to have a good heal because it's conditional. Can't heal herself, poor damage, her other spells are utility, and her heals cost her own life and she is squishy.
This is a strategy game use your head. You don't have to kill her early game just get her low life. She can back and lose xp or stay and not be able to heal and a easy target to get dived and give away a double kill.
