Thanks for removing boot enchants riot!!!

Honestly, now I don't have to feel forced into wasting a slot on so very little stats. 45 MS and then 15 magic pen if u are a mage. What a waste of a slot. Now I can feel good about going luden's or something else and get MUCH MORE out of that item slot, thank you! Ludens will give almost as much MS as boots now :)
