Duo top viable again?

As of right now, bot lane is practically a mandatory duo lane because of dragon control. But with the massive buffs to rift herald, is duo top viable? DISCUSS!

what about jungling? if u have 2 duo lanes you cant a have a jg and that lets there jg have a field day

Again? Duo top has always been better than having a jungler. People just don't know how to 2v1 properly.
