Those changes look nice, making Recurve Bow now build out of two Daggers rather than just being a 900 gold inefficient bulk item. The +10 damage on-hit sounds nice too; slightly better transition.
But what about Wit's End? What's gonna happen to that item? Nothing was mentioned in the PBE notes.

Runaan's is not really buffed - it gains 10 physical damage (that cannot crit) on the main target, but also costs 100 gold more. The side bolts lose their 10 base damage for the 10 damage on-hit that will apply on them, too, so a net zero change for the side bolts.
Sirsir1 votesIt builds from Recurve bow already. It will stay exactly the same as is, with the recipe changed around a bit, shaving 200 off the combine cost because its now in the Bow.
ITs a slight buff because recurve is now a good item, so pre-Wits is stronger.
