Have I found a new Fiora counter?

Was in a game yesterday, where someone picked the Fiora top, I've always hated this matchup because the best I've ever been able to do is not feed her. Regardless of wether I play champs like Panth or Sion which are supposed to be hard counters? Heck do I know? Either way, I though about it for a sec and all of a sudden. (+ Peddobear) came to my thoughts, I must have seemed insane taking her top but I don't know why but I went with it.

I have never played a game that made me feel as good this season. Here was a champion with hard cc that was not telegraped, I literally steamrolled that Fiora so hard and snowballed the game to victory, when I was done the tears of joy were running, the arrow came out of my knee, my hair started growing again, my wife and kids loved me again and my boss bumped my payroll.

I'm not sure it's a direct counter, I played her as u usaul would, running armor yellows, magic pen red and flat ap on the rest. 12/18/0.

maxed her Q but never opened with it as I knew she would just parry it, used it as my main farming tool since killing stuff with it is free, always opened trades with W and all ins with W or Ult since Fiora would have to be a god to predict something instant with her Riposte.

E'd whenever she lost her patience and tried to fight me in my own minion wave and kept trading, used my autos as harass whenever she gave me the chance. And managed to dodge her riposte quite a few times and as usual played around the weakspots, resetting them whenever they were in a bad position.

I got somewhat pushed in once she got hydra, but that was good, I outfarmed her hard since she got sloppy pushing with it, once I got my Needlessly large rod it was more or less me controlling the minion wave flow.

I can warmly recommend this matchup to anyone who has isses dealing with Fiora. While I wouldn't call it as straight counter, if it's a skill mathup it definately seems to favor Annie.
