is it only me or everyone feeling that?

I've noticed it's way harder to tank and unless I have innate steroids or are darius with a team to back me up I tend to get deleted in under 2-3 seconds. even the average mid can chunk me down now when it used to be only very specific ones that could. I don't mind tank items being weaker but I would like to see the tanks buffed up again to scale better with those items. so they can make use out of them without bringing triple bruiser meta back into play.
