Add a stacking option to Anivia's Wall.
I've noticed from watching Anivia games (and using her somewhat) that her wall has little to no impact on the game within the first 6 levels. I've seen pro level players just skip Crystallize entirely until mid game. It's a really powerful skill in late-game, and can even waste flashes in the early game if used properly. So why not be able to force the opponent into a corner more often?
I'm thinking about Vel'Koz where you can cast his damage skill twice, but since Crystallize is tiny terrain at level 1, I would like it to be less restrictive due to the possible screw-ups that happen just cause the skill isn't working as you thought. Also, your team can't even pass through the walls easily at later levels, so it should have more power behind the risk.
Crystallize should gain up to 2 stacks. Casting it in different areas creates walls according to the level of Crystallize. Casting a wall within a really small radius of an already existing one reinforces the one already there, so it can't be dashed through and grows somewhat longer. This refreshes the duration of the already existing wall. A Reinforced Crystallize buffs Anivia's abilities when her skills come within range.
Reinforcing a Crystallize should refund mana cost so there is no cost for casting Crystallize again. I'm not sure as to what buffs would be balanced for involving the wall in gameplay, I'm just assuming Flash Frost should have a bigger stun radius and Anivia's skills should have some sort of damage boost based on bonus mana. Frostbite should be the mainly affected one in damage, so I don't think any other skill would even need a mana-based damage boost without going overboard.
On the other hand though I believe Crystallize's duration and final length might need to get toned down, but that's a tiny worry due to the fact that you can't "turn off" the terrain like you can for Jarvan. If she's too strong then power gets taken off of Frostbite. Simple as that.
Give Anivia some legit love, I don't want her completely reworked !
