Is there any way we could make Twitch jungle-viable? Or does his stealth mean a "no"?

Jungle Twitch is only used as a cheese strat (pun intended) due to his lack of sustain and lack of suitable options to kill jungle monsters without taking loads of damage. I suspect it's because he can stealth that he's immediately given terrible clearing capability, but if that were the case, why have the shop with Twitch Jungle recommendations in the first place?

Here's the problems with Jungle Twitch:

  • No sustain, no bonuses against jungle monsters
  • Insufficient damage to clear camps without items
  • Relies completely on a level 2 cheese gank strat to have any hope of success
  • Super-weak to invades
  • Impossible to recover if he falls behind

Twitch's only advantage as a jungler is his stealth makes his ganks above-average, but lack of CC outside of a slow means your opponent just has to play cautiously early on and then Twitch can't gank.

Since he has so many drawbacks when trying to jungle, is there any hope of Jungle Twitch getting some buffs to make the strategy viable? Or is his performance in bot lane a wall against that?

That's not a legit reason why Twitch can't jungle. Otherwise we could say similar things about Graves or Kindred.

kindred was designed to be a jungler.. graves was reworked to be a top lane ranged bruiser or jungler.

twitch isnt ...

you see the way i think of it if a jg can spend so much time easily ganking they should not have a lot of sustain or really fast clear because that would make them better than other junglers who have sustain, but no gank potential, cant invade, can duel, can't do anything but be ward and cc bot in fights, ect

Jungle twitch is still really strong. With his stealth he can cheese a lot of junglers level 2 or kill a laner as soon as he hits level 2. That's not ignoring the fact he's a late game monster which with bloodrazor he does a ton of damage.

His clears require some kiting, but they're pretty easy since he's constantly doing true damage and the q gives him a lot of attack speed to clear faster.

If you need some builds or inspiration from pro players, twitch in every region has a jungle section (aatrox lacks a top section in Korea) on op.gg.

Twitch jungle is already viable. He has one of the very best ganks in the game at level 2.
