Lux now op

With the recent changes to her ult, i think she's overtuned.

There is supposed to be a tradeoff to every champ. The tradeoff "she has 4 skillshots" isn't much of one, considering her range is so big that she can't be punished reliably for missing those skillshots. I'm putting forward the idea that she either needs a slight damage nerf, or a slight range nerf. She doesnt need to be gutted, just a little less oppressive at such a range.
