Can Urgot get magic resist per level?
He has flat 30 mr right now. He's not bad, but it's annoying that I have to buy 2-3 mr items to have decent mr. Also most champs have mr per level. At least mid and top champs.

EndlessSorcerer1 votesPretty much every melee champion has MR per level. IIRC, Kassadin and Yasuo are the only exceptions.
However, I don't believe there are any ranged champions (or melee/ranged form-shifters) who get MR per level.
As Urgot is a ranged champion, it should be pretty easy to figure out which category he falls under.
